Tom is the proud owner of Carney Insurance Services, Inc., based in Forest Lake, Minnesota. With decades of experience in the insurance industry, Tom has built a reputation for providing trusted, personalized service to individuals, families, and businesses across the region. His commitment to helping clients find the right coverage has made his agency a cornerstone of the local community. A longtime Minnesota resident, Tom currently lives in Vadnais Heights. Outside the office, he enjoys hitting the links at North Oaks Golf Club, where he is an active member and avid golfer. He loves spending quality time with his four children and three grandchildren.

Tom Jr operates Carney Insurance of Colorado, which he started in 2021 with a focus on providing clear, client-first insurance guidance. Originally from Minnesota, he has called Colorado home for over a decade and has built his business around strong relationships, accessibility, and practical coverage solutions. He is a Pacesetter top producer, part of a three-time 'Best of the Springs' winning agency, and a Rising Professionals Most Valuable New Member. Tom is an active BNI member and works closely with local business owners to better serve his clients and community. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Colorado, staying active, and spending time with his girlfriend and their dog.

Michelle joined our team in June 2022 as a Customer Service Representative & Office Manager. Michelle grew up in White Bear Lake and moved to Forest Lake in 2017. Before joining the insurance industry, she was a ballet instructor for over 20 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, golfing, travelling and being outdoors.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Michelle offers a strong background in both brokerage and carrier roles. Her expertise in health and life insurance allows her to provide thoughtful guidance and personalized solutions for clients. Originally from the Chisago Lakes area, Michelle returned to her hometown of Lindstrom. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and finds her happy place around a bonfire with a s'more in hand, good music playing, and surrounded by friends and family.

Tayler grew up in the area and graduated from Forest Lake High School in 2014. She is attending Century College for a Communications degree with a focus in Marketing. Her favorite thing to do is explore new restaurants. She's even traveled as far as Des Moines, IA to try pizza. Tayler's favorite place to be is Star Island on Cass Lake where her cabin is located.

Lisha brings over eight years of industry experience. Before transitioning into insurance, she spent 10+ years in the auto industry, which provided a strong foundation in customer service and problem-solving. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. A longtime local with deep community roots, Lisha enjoys spending time with her kids, friends, and family and is known for her ability to make people laugh and put them at ease.

Sarah brings 25+ years of experience and a proven track record of success in the insurance industry. She enjoys classic cars and car shows, as well as camping up north with family and friends.

Kari grew up in Maple Grove and brings a background in Customer Service, Construction, and Government Finance. Her personal hobbies include gardening, lake life, and spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.

Kelsey grew up in Forest Lake and achieved her Bachelor's degree in Media Arts in 2015, later moving to Hugo with her husband in 2022. Her personal hobbies include art and design, reading, movie watching, and planning her next traveling venture.

With 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, Andrea brings a well-rounded background in Personal Lines, Commercial coverage, and Farm insurance. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and takes pride in combining industry knowledge with a client-focused approach. Outside of work, Andrea lives in Wisconsin's Driftless Region with her two daughters and a lively collection of animals. Hiking, gardening, and campfires with friends and family.

With over 15 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry, Crystal serves as Commercial Lines Service Manager, bringing extensive expertise in commercial coverage, client service, and risk management. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and ensuring clients receive thoughtful, reliable guidance. Crystal lives in Sparta, Wisconsin with her family and enjoys reading, creative projects, volunteering with her kids' show choir and theatre groups, and spending time outdoors with her two dogs.

Mary brings more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, including both personal and commercial lines servicing. She resides in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Outside of the office, Mary has a passion for classic cars, drag racing events, NFL football, reading, singing, animals, and camping.

Melody is from upstate NY and moved to Rochester, MN in 1999. In 2005, Melody obtained her insurance license with a major focus in commercial lines insurance. Melody completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree, focusing on HR Management. Melody enjoys true crime podcasts, DIYing, and spending quality time with family and her little fur babies (Mochanut and Bella Luna).

Kimmone brings over 10 years of experience in customer service and support. On the fun side, she loves reading, hiking, and exploring new places.

Sydney grew up in Forest Lake, graduating in 2020. She obtained her B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Sales and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin – Stout. With over 8 years in the hospitality industry, Sydney is now pursuing her MBA in Strategic Human Resources Management. She enjoys exploring restaurants across the Twin Cities, and travels to Colorado every year to ski and spend time with family.
